Model

Six steps.
Then you can ignore the rest.

Point at folders. Libraries hold items. Blueprints name the fields. A Workbench is the object. Search and Morning Brief bring things back. AI is optional.

  1. Step 1

    Point at folders

Watch Downloads, or drop a file with Add to Recall. New files can land in Uncategorized until you file them.

    Uncategorized
  2. Step 2

    Libraries hold items

A library is a folder you already have, plus views. You fill it. Nothing enters unless you put it there.

    Libraries
  3. Step 3

    Blueprints name the fields

A Blueprint is the schema on those items. Use a starter on day one. Edit fields later if you want.

  4. Step 4

    A Workbench is the object

Open an item. Video, document, course, and page each get a surface that matches the media.

    Workbenches
  5. Step 5

Search and Brief bring things back

Search finds what you saved. Morning Brief is a local daily review. AI rewrite is optional.

    Getting started
  6. Step 6

    AI is an overlay

Summaries, transcription, and cloud models need a key you paste, or a local server. Skip the keys. The library still works.

First hour

Already installed?
Do this, then stop.

Skip Intelligence keys. Add a folder or use Add to Recall. File one item from Uncategorized. Open it. Search. The first-hour guide is the same list with more words.

Limits

Not in this version.

macOS and Linux are not available. There is no sync, no graph, no flash cards, and no teams. Some social import needs a key you supply. Fetching a page or a video is a personal archive. You are responsible for what you import.
